Welcome to this public consultation website which presents an emerging proposal by Kler Group, for the development of Milestone Farm, Broughton Road, Banbury for residential development.
The emerging proposals envisage in the region of 130 dwellings, to include open space with a network of green and blue infrastructure, sustainable drainage and associated works.
This website forms part of a wider consultation being undertaken by Kler Group and provides information on the proposals as they emerge. Included on the website is an online survey which we hope you feel able to complete.
We have been working with Cherwell District Council and various statutory and other bodies and groups who have an interest in how the land should be developed.
We would welcome your feedback on these proposals before Friday the 20th June. Your feedback will be considered by the project team before the scheme is finalised and an application is submitted to Cherwell District Council.
